All-inclusive fare, quoted upfront. Free cancellation: 6 hours for airport pickups, 24 hours for hourly and point-to-point.

Airport transfers need 6+ hours’ notice; everything else needs 24+. For a last-minute ride, text +1 (408) 883-9848 with your full name, the pick-up address, your flight number if it is an airport pick-up, the drop-off address and anything else we should know. You can also call, or email support@pblimo.com.

Across the city, down the Peninsula, over to the East Bay or south into the Valley — the fare is quoted before you leave and does not move with the traffic.

One chauffeur takes the whole trip. Add an office stop, a lunch or a second pickup when you book, and the route is built around them rather than improvised at the curb.

The Bay is four different drives

San Francisco, the Peninsula, the East Bay and the South Bay each behave differently, and differently again by the hour. The quote does not move when they do.

Traffic is priced in, not passed on

The fare is agreed before you travel and holds whether the drive takes forty minutes or ninety. A bad afternoon on the 101 is our problem to plan around, and the number you were quoted is the number you pay.

By the hour, when the day is a sequence

Some days are one trip. Others are six meetings in buildings ten minutes apart, where the car stops being transport and becomes the only fixed point in the schedule. Hold it for the day and it waits between stops with your things still in it.

One car for the day beats three bookings

Two pickups, a lunch and a stop at the office are cheaper and considerably calmer as one arrangement than as separate rides negotiated on the day. Tell us the shape of it at booking and the route is built around it.

Fixed fare

Quoted before departure. Tolls, bridges and parking included.

One chauffeur

No relay drivers and no handovers halfway down the 101.

Stops on request

Add an office, a lunch or a second pickup when you book.

Where we drive, by region

San Francisco

The Financial District and Nob Hill for meetings and hotels, SoMa for executive roadshows, and SFO transfers in both directions. Inside the city the fare is agreed before you travel and does not move with the traffic.

The Peninsula & Silicon Valley

Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View and Cupertino — the tech campuses and the hotels around them. The 101 behaves differently by direction and hour, so departures are timed against the commute rather than a round number.

East Bay

Oakland and OAK, including the private terminals at Kaiser Air and Signature OAK, plus Berkeley and Walnut Creek. From the city the drive is the Bay Bridge more than it is the destination, and we time the crossing accordingly.

South Bay & Coast

San Jose and SJC for the South Bay, and the run down to Carmel, Pebble Beach and the Monterey Peninsula. A little over two hours on an ordinary day, quoted as one fixed fare rather than by the hour.

Early starts

Out before the Bay wakes up

A six o'clock departure with the bags already in and the coffee in the car. The fare is agreed the night before and the chauffeur is outside before you are — whether the day starts in the city or two hours down the coast.
