FBO car services — PB Limo

Planeside, not parking structure.

We run the private terminals across the Bay Area — meeting you on the ramp where the FBO permits it, and at the lobby door where it does not.

All-inclusive fare, quoted upfront. Free cancellation: 6 hours for airport pickups, 24 hours for hourly and point-to-point.

Airport transfers need 6+ hours’ notice; everything else needs 24+. For a last-minute ride, text +1 (408) 883-9848 with your full name, the pick-up address, your flight number if it is an airport pick-up, the drop-off address and anything else we should know. You can also call, or email support@pblimo.com.

FBO car services — PB Limo chauffeured car service

Private aviation runs on its own clock. Schedules move by the hour, passengers arrive in twos and threes rather than planeloads, and the walk from cabin to car should be measured in steps.

We work the private terminals across the Bay Area and know how each one handles vehicle access — which allow a car on the ramp, which want you at the lobby door, and what the badge process takes. Crew transfers go on the same booking.

How a private terminal actually runs

Private terminals are not small versions of the main airport. What changes is who controls the gate, and how far past it your car is allowed.

Ramp rules are not uniform

Some terminals will put a car planeside; others want it at the lounge door and will walk you the last thirty yards. The rule belongs to the operator, not the airport, and it can differ between two buildings on the same field. Your chauffeur is told which applies before dispatch rather than working it out at the gate.

A schedule that moves is the normal case

Direct flights move — that is just private aviation. Departures shift by an hour more often than they hold, which is why we monitor your tail number in real time and automatically adjust pickup times whenever possible. If tracking is blocked by the operator, our drivers simply wait as long as necessary to ensure seamless coverage.

Bags that do not fit a sedan

Golf clubs, ski bags, camera cases, a dog. Tell us what is travelling with you and the vehicle is chosen for the load rather than the headcount — it is a short conversation at booking and it avoids a long one on the ramp.

Ramp access

Badged chauffeurs and vehicles cleared for airside pickup where allowed.

Tail-number tracking

We follow the aircraft, so an early arrival is already covered.

Crew and passengers

Separate cars for flight crew, booked and billed on the same account.

The terminals we cover

SFO

Signature Aviation is the only FBO at San Francisco and the busiest private terminal in the Bay Area, on its own access road well away from the commercial terminals. The car is staged against the tail number, planeside where the operator allows it and at the lounge door where it does not.

Signature Aviation SFO
SJC

Signature Aviation and Atlantic Aviation both operate at San Jose, on different parts of the field and with different rules about where a car may wait. Which one you are flying from is settled at booking rather than at the gate — and for a Valley itinerary it is the quickest private option on the ground.

OAK

Signature Aviation, Kaiser Air and FlexJet all operate at Oakland, with different gates and different ramp access. The car is in position before the aircraft is on the ground, and a schedule that moves inside the hour is treated as normal rather than as an exception.

Signature OAK & Kaiser Air
Regional fields

Monterey Jet Center and Del Monte Aviation on the Peninsula, Napa Jet Center in the wine country, GateOne at Salinas, and the everyday fields at San Carlos, Hayward and Concord. Moffett Airfield is access-controlled, so entry is arranged in advance rather than on the day.

Three operators, one field — PB Limo
On the ramp at Oakland

Three operators, one field

Signature Aviation, Kaiser Air and FlexJet all fly out of Oakland, and they do not run the same way — separate entrances, separate ramp rules, and different ideas about where a car is allowed to wait. Name the one you are using and your chauffeur is briefed for that gate and staged before the aircraft is down. Door to steps and steps to door, a walk measured in yards rather than in terminals.
