Twenty minutes before departure, not two hours.
JSX flies from private terminals, so the walk is short and the timing is different. We build the pickup around that, not around a main-terminal check-in line.
All-inclusive fare, quoted upfront. Free cancellation: 6 hours for airport pickups, 24 hours for hourly and point-to-point.
Airport transfers need 6+ hours’ notice; everything else needs 24+. For a last-minute ride, text +1 (408) 883-9848 with your full name, the pick-up address, your flight number if it is an airport pick-up, the drop-off address and anything else we should know. You can also call, or email support@pblimo.com.
JSX departs from private terminals, so the arrival window is nothing like a commercial airline’s. Turn up two hours early and you waste the morning; turn up on airline logic and you waste the flight.
We time pickups to the boarding window rather than the standard, in both directions. Your chauffeur moves the bags to the counter on the way out, and is waiting when you step off on the way back.
JSX runs on a different clock
Twenty minutes at the terminal instead of two hours changes the shape of the whole morning, including when the car needs to be outside your door.
We work back from the boarding window rather than applying a commercial airline's two-hour rule to a terminal you can walk through in ten minutes. The pickup lands you there with time to sit down, not time to kill.
Bags come off in minutes, which means a car that is still on its way is already late. Yours is staged before the aircraft is down, so the walk out is straight into it.
Changing a JSX booking is simple, which means people do it. Send us the new flight and the car re-times against it — the change is ours to absorb, not yours to manage twice.
JSX flies out of Oakland, Concord, Napa and Monterey, and each one is a different drive from wherever you start. Tell us the gate with the booking and the pickup is timed to that terminal rather than to a generic airport run.
Pickups set to the boarding window, not the airline standard.
Departures from your door, and a car waiting on the return.
Your chauffeur moves the luggage to the counter and back again.
Every JSX gate
JSX's main Bay Area gate, on the private side of Oakland. Twenty minutes at the terminal rather than two hours, with the pickup timed to the boarding window and the drive built around the bridge.
Buchanan Field puts JSX within reach of the inland East Bay — Walnut Creek, Danville and the 680 corridor — with no bridge crossing in the morning at all.
Napa County Airport sits at the foot of the valley, so a trip can begin or end among the wineries rather than in a city. The pickup is timed to boarding in both directions.
The Peninsula gate, and the short way to Carmel, Pebble Beach and the golf calendar. It removes the two-hour drive down the coast at both ends of the trip.

The drive is the long part now
When the terminal takes twenty minutes, the road is what decides the morning. The pickup is timed against the traffic on the day rather than a round number, so the door-to-gate total is one you can plan around.
